Home theatre enthusiasts are supported by a dedicated centre channel speaker and an effects speaker that can either be wall-mounted or placed on top of the 12.1i or 12.3i to create height channels for formats such as Dolby Atmos.

Klarity Drivers, Advanced Components and Cabinet Engineering

The Wharfedale Diamond 12.4i Speakers (Pair) use Klarity driver cones made from a composite blend of polypropylene and mica, a material chosen for its rigidity, light weight and low colouration. Additional structural ribs help maintain a flat response without the need for a high-damping surround, allowing more expressive and dynamic bass.

The motor system includes a precision magnet and an aluminium compensation ring to minimise distortion caused by inductance variation. High frequencies are delivered by a 25 millimetre woven polyester dome tweeter with a carefully shaped front plate for wide dispersion and natural treble. Inside the cabinet, Intelligent Spot Bracing reduces resonance and preserves driver integrity.
