Track my order

When we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number. We use DPD for most UK deliveries - you will get a text message with one hour window before delivery. We also use TNT for some larger items and Royal mail for some smaller items shipped within the UK. We also use FedEx, UPS and TNT for international deliveries.

Check tracking below by clicking the courier name. Make sure to enter the tracking number without spaces at beginning or end.

DPD +44 (0) 844 824 0505 - tracking number usually starts "1550" or "0030". Enter without letters at the end

FedEx +44 (0) 3456 070809 - tracking number usually starts with "7" or "8" and is 12 digits long

UPS +44 (0) 8457 877 877 - tracking number usually starts "1Z" and is 18 characters long

TNT +44 (0) 800 100 600 - tracking number usually an 8-digit number

Royal Mail - tracking number usually starts  2 letters followed by 9 numbers

If our shipping confirmation e-mail does not contain a tracking number, please e-mail customer services to check the status of your order if it does not arrive within the specified time. Read more about delivery
