Description
Q Acoustics Qi80RP Install Performance Speaker is an install speaker for home or theater use with discrete and easy to install grill and a nano particle drive unit.
Nano Particle Drive Units
The Qi80RP comes with a Nano Particle mass damped polypropylene low frequency drive units that have high powered coil and magnet assemblies that create low distortion and a high transient power level.
Swivel Capable Silk Done Mesh
The full-range speaker merges additional high frequency level adjustment together with swivel capable silk done mesh protected tweeters for fine system tuning. The 8-inch speakers are in-wall and come with low profile magnetic grilles. The Qi80RP has been designed to have an easy installation and be as flexible as possible by ensuring that the units require only the minimum of installation depth.
Cross Over
A high order cross over is used to ensure a smooth frequency transition on two and three-way units. Particular time and attention to the mid-range frequency response has been made to make sure that vocals remain clear at all times.
D'Appolito Array LCR
You can specify a range of 8-inch and 6.5-inch two-way full range units and a D'Appolito array LCR that can be used as a center channel. A passive 8-inch sub is also available to complement the full range units by providing additional bass extension when you use it with the appropriate power amplifier and A/V receiver.
