Description
The Pro-Ject BT Box E HD DAC is designed to allow you to stream from your Smartphone or tablet device to an amplifier, preamp, or active speakers. This well-priced unit will far outperform the DAC in your device for superior HD sound.
The latest aptX HD codec is supported and there is an optical as well as an RCA output. Lastly, up to eight users can be stored in the internal memory. Power is supplied by an external 18V PSU.
HD Bluetooth connection
You can connect your Smartphone or tablet via HD Bluetooth 5.00. The Pro-Ject BT Box E HD DAC supports the latest aptX HD codec. The output can be connected to your audio system via standard RCA or optical connectors. Paring is easy and the line-of-sight range is up to 10 metres.
Internal memory for eight users
Another advantage of the Pro-Ject BT Box E HD DAC is that it can store the connection details of up to eight devices. As a result, the whole family can connect to the unit to stream, music, internet radio, and podcasts.
Stream from your turntable
By adding the Pro-Ject Phono Box E BT5 unit, you can also stream from your turntable to the Pro-Ject BT Box E HD DAC. This turns your turntable into a Bluetooth transmitter. You could also connect to a laptop via Bluetooth to record records.
