Quiet Transformer Design
Ortofon’s ST-70 transformer uses high-quality Lundahl transformers, which are surrounded by a specialized mu-metal shielding to prevent from internal and external interference. This design allows the ST-70 transformer to be quiet and revealing.

The ST70 has a dual mono design, which ensures a discrete circuitry for each channel, resulting in the elimination of crosstalk and possible distortions.
