Fully Balanced
Each channel in the M8x Vinyl receives its own fully balanced amplifier stage for both + and - signals, doubling the number of discrete components inside. This design provides superior noise rejection, enhanced signal integrity, and a cleaner, more transparent sound.
Improved Gain Stage Design
The M8x features a three-stage gain architecture that operates at lower noise and distortion, delivering more gain options and ultra-clean amplification.
Enhanced Gain Options
Choose from a wide range of gain settings: 40, 43, 46, 60, 63, and 69 dB, catering to various cartridges with extreme precision. The M8x Vinyl utilizes discrete input power filtering and DC blocking circuitry to ensure clean power delivery to the phono stage, providing the best environment for high-fidelity audio processing.
Advanced EQ Curves
In addition to the standard RIAA curve, the M8x also includes the DECCA and COLUMBIA EQ curves, ideal for those who require highly specific tone adjustments. The M8x uses a split-passive EQ design, ensuring precise impedance matching and minimal deviation from the ideal EQ curve, resulting in exceptional tonal accuracy.
Subsonic Filters
Includes two-step subsonic filters (off, mild, standard) for optimal bass management and to prevent low-frequency distortion. Alongside this, there are also RCA and XLR inputs, allowing flexibility for both MM and MC cartridges. Outputs are available in both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) configurations.
Super Silent Power Transformer
