Description
Moerch DP-6 mkII is an improved tonearm for your turntable that is built around a complex bearing design to reduce resonance, and provide accurate tracking, by dampening the tonearm. The DP-6 mkII has a unique bearing design to deliver low resonance and precise tracking.
Fully Dampened Design
The silicone-damped, high precision ball-bearing construction is used for horizontal motion, two precision sapphire bearings are then incorporated for vertical motion, and if desired, silicone fluid can be injected into the well for improved vertical damping.
The damping of the horizontal plane of motion is independent of the damping of vertical mode of motion, and the latter can further be adjusted to all intermediate levels of damping.
