5802 vs. 5805
The No 5802 differs from the No 5805 as it doesn’t have any analogue inputs or a phono stage for connection to a turntable. If you need these inputs then the 5805 is for you but if not, the 5802 will provide everything you need to achieve a great hi fi system.

To get the most out of your digital music sources, the no 5802 has a built in custom built Precision Link II digital to analogue converter, which delivers audio with pristine detail and with minimal noise.
Extremely Low Distortion Level
The no 5802 amp uses class-A/B amplification and has a highly reliable power supply (500+ VA toroidal transformer) that is designed to deliver the correct amount of power to any set of loudspeakers and produce an audio performance that is rich, detailed, powerful and, more importantly, distortion-free!
