Description
KEF’s Ci3160REF-THX is an in-wall reference speaker designed for hone-cinema systems. It uses high-grade components and KEF’s signature Uni-Q Driver Array technology for unique KEF sound.
Built for Perfection
The Ci3160REF-THX is built with high-grade components to get the best possible sound for it’s slim compact size; only components with the lowest distortion and the smoothest response make the grade.
It has a frequency range of 32Hz all the way up to 30kHz, which covers more than enough of the frequency spectrum. And a sensitivity of 90dB that ensures a louder sound production, which is ideal for small gatherings and parties.
Uni-Q Array Design
The Ci3160REF-THX uses the KEF’s signature Uni-Q point source driver array technology. A 25mm vented aluminium dome tweeter sits at the exact acoustic centre of a 125mm mid-range driver. Together they become a single source, flooding the listening space evenly with a more cohesive and natural sound.
Built for Brilliant Bass
The Ci3160REF-THX has a 160mm bass driver that is built for an excellent in-wall performance. A massive vented magnet assembly and a large aluminium wire voice coil drive an exceptionally light but strong alloy-cone, this results in exceptional power handling and dynamics, especially considering the flat dimensions of the cabinet.
Easy Installation and Use
This in-wall speaker has a mounting thickness of 40mm that makes it easily mountable on the walls; they can be placed horizontally or vertically. Depending on your system, the Ci3160REF-THX can be used as a two-channel pair or as a part of the home theatre system.
Stylish Looks
The Ci3160REF-THX’s finish is black with an orange mid-range cone in the centre, if this doesn't go with desired aesthetic you can apply a white grille that seamlessly covers it up and fits with other home decors.
