Description
KEF Ci130.2CR in-ceiling speaker features KEF’s patented Uni-Q driver array that allows sound to disperse more evenly throughout the room. The extremely shallow mounting depth allows you to install the Ci130.2CR where other speakers in its class won’t fit.
This is a discreet and capable round speaker, ideal foin-ceilingng use in custom installations. The ultra thin bezel is ideal for situations where space is at a premium.
Reduced Diffraction
CI130.2CR's ‘tangerine’ waveguide has exceptionally wide dispersion characteristics and offers great driver protection. Delivering a cleaner, purer sound to the maximum number of listeners, the tweeter island reduces diffraction and enhances off-axis, high-frequency response. It features an Ultra Thin Bezel allowing discretion and affording the slimmest possible visible rim around the speaker.
Design Aspects
Mounting the woofer in a 'Forward' configuration eliminates diffraction and ensures brilliant speaker performance regardless of placement. The new, computer optimised trim ring enables stunning midrange clarity and delivers sound that is more open and natural across a broader scope.
Special Grille Treatments
Ci130.2CR has the addition of a powder-coated grille with proprietary plasticised additive that delivers corrosion resistance making it ideal for humid conditions and spaces.
