Description
The Graham Slee Elevator EXP is a "step up transformer" that allows you to use low output MC cartridges with an MM phono stage (perfect match for the Era Gold or Reflex) with adjustable cartridge loading. The Elevator EXP boosts the low-output level of an MC cartridge to MM level, complete with adjustable cartridge loading for correct cartridge matching.
Please note the Elevator EXP is not a phono stage itself and must be partnered with a suitable phono stage. Many reviewers stated the Era Gold or Jazz Club are ideal partners for the Elevator EXP for the ultimate an uncompromising listening experience.
The switching on the front panel allows this head amp to be optimised for almost any low-output moving coil (MC) cartridge - even one with a very low output. Loading is possible at 47,000, 5,100, 1,000, 840, 100, 30 and 23 ohms. This is a rare feature nowadays and because every MC cartridge has a correct loading setting, you can use the Elevator EXP to make sure that you are getting the most out of your cartridge sonically.
Includes superior Graham Slee PSU1 power supply.
