Emotiva BasX A4 is a 4 channel power amp with a class A/B output stage and a high end power supply designed to produce a natural and wide soundstage with accuracy and detail. The BasX A4 is great for a surround sound set-up and is extremely flexible and reliable so you can use it in many set-ups.
The BasX A4
The BasX A4 is perfect if you need to power 4 channels of audio, particularly a set of Dolby Atmos and DTS:X height channels, or to power your surrounds in your surround sound set-up. Even if you have a 2 channel amp, it’s great for adding the extra set of channels.
Flexible and Great Sounding
The BasX A4 power amp is flexible, reliable and has a remarkable soundstage with it’s class A/B output stage and various output/input connections. The class A/B circuitry produces an audio performance that is natural, smooth and detailed with low noise and a wide bandwidth. And the input and output options allow you to connect the A3 to any preamp or processor and virtually any type of speaker. It also has options for trigger connections.

The BasX A4 is powered by a heavy-duty linear power supply and an oversized toroidal transformer that delivers enough current to power even the most demanding of speakers, and produces a performance that is powerful and dynamic.
Automatic Configuration
The highly advanced BasX A4 will automatically detect and configure itself for the proper line voltage; it is designed to operate on either 115 VAC or 230 VAC at 50/60Hz.

The BasX A4 power amp uses a top class, audiophile-grade, fault protection system that protects the BasX A4 from next to all possible system faults, and is extremely silent so not to interfere with the audio performance.
