Devialet Expert 140 Pro hi-fi amplifier replaces the 130 Pro and is the best "entry level" amplifier they've ever made. With more power over the 130 Pro (140W rather than 130W, into 6Ω) and a host of other improvements, the 140 Pro features the full gamut of Devialet's latest and exclusive technologies.

The Expert 140 Pro features Devialet's real-time SAM (Speaker Active Matching) technology which matches the amplifier to the properties of the specific speakers it's driving. To do this, Devialet need to sample the compatible speaker models and to date have done this with hundreds of speakers (see the list here), making it essentially "tailor made" to drive any of the speakers on this list.
Having SAM turned on for your speakers is a massive bonus but even if your speakers aren't on this list, this is still a class leading amplifier designed to get the best possible sound from any speakers.
