Back To The Future
Audiolab and the team behind the previous generation of amplifiers (the 6000 series) have taken the impressive technology that changes with each generation and turns it up to 11, with an outstanding digital DAC (the ES9038PRO from ESS) that delivers amplification that is tuned to bring out the best in digital performance.
Analogue Roots
The 9000A doesn’t just do digital, it can handle analogue signals too thanks to the class AB amplifier which is capable of handling output at 100W per channel at 8 ohms which is double what the previous 6000A could output, meaning that it will happily power any loudspeaker.
Channel Power
The power amplifier of the 9000A is designed with separation in mind, with the left and right channels receiving their own power supply that ensures a spacious and clean sound without any unwanted background fluff that detracts from your listening experience.
A Triple Threat
Audiolab by tradition bring three different modes to their amplifiers and on the new 9000A this is not an exception with the options being an integrated mode, pre mode and pre-power mode that are specifically tuned to suit the needs of any setup at any point.
Wireless Connection
This amplifier is not just a plug-in baby, not at all – it also packs a Bluetooth 5 module that is capable of handling LDAC and aptX HD audio meaning that your setup can benefit from streaming from your phone to it – opening up even more options for audio.
