Atlas Equator Assist Achromatic X Tonearm Cable is a great upgrade from ‘starter’ turntable cables as, like its fellow Equator Assist Achromatic RCA cable, delivers low noise and improved sound quality that is ideally suited for the low signal output levels offered by phono cartridges.
Seamless Signal
The Equator Assist Achromatic X Tonearm cable design features Atlas’ self-cleaning Achromatic RCA plug, along with an integrated spade tag earth terminal. The Achromatic connector is a low mass design that offers a solder-free connection to deliver a continuous signal path.
Low Noise Design
The Equator Assist Achromatic X Tonearm cable has an OCC (Ohno Continuous Casting) high purity copper conductor, which is double-screened to prevent interference from RFI to reduce noise.
5 Pin plug Options
Atlas’ Equator Assist Achromatic X Tonearm cable has a precision-turned 5-pin tonearm plug that is hard gold-plated with FEP insulation. It is available in a right angle form (90degree) or a straight entry from (180degree).
Equator Range
Atlas’ Equator Assist Achromatic X Tonearm cable sits above the Element Achromatic tonearm cable and below the Hyper version. The Equator range also includes a wide variety of subwoofer, interconnect, streaming and speaker cables.
