Focal ICW6 In Wall/Ceiling speaker is designed to reproduce your favourite music accurately and faithfully, in surround sound for movies as well as music in stereo.
Simple Composition
ICW6 is simply comprised of a loudspeaker and mount frame. Fix the mounting frame to your wall or ceiling with the mounting brackets, built specifically for easy single-handed use. Once the frame has been securely attached where you would like it, placing the loudspeaker onto the mounting frame couldn’t be easier thanks to the quarter-turn locking mechanism.
Enjoy conveniently quick and easy assembly with the included magnetic grilles. Each 300 series model is designed with two variants of grille, a circular grille and a square grille, allowing you to pick and choose which style suits your interior decor most. The frameless grilles are designed to be discreet and tasteful.
Balanced Model
The ICW6 is the 300 series’ most balanced model in the range. Its versatile design enables the ICW6 to recreate the nuances and characteristics of focal sound perfectly. This 2-way coaxial loudspeaker combines a 6 and a half inch woofer with a Flax cone and an inverted dome tweeter made with aluminium/magnesium alloy materials.
Flax Technology
The same incredible technology used for the W cone in the Utopia, Sopra and Electra lines has been utilised for the ICW6. The lightweight and sturdy properties of this cone design delivers a sound with breathtaking definition and accuracy. Adjust your speakers tweeter to the room’s specific acoustics with two adjustable settings featured.
eAch 300 Series model utilises Flax sandwich technology, which has impressive structural features; lightweight, extremely stable and well-damped providing a more defined and accurate reproduction of the timbre. The TNV2 Tweeter uses Focal’s exclusive inverted dome technology, allowing for optimal energy transfer and limited directivity.
Easy Installation
The ICW6 doesn’t just feature incredible sound. This model has been designed specifically for an easy installation, keeping installation time to an absolute minimum by utilising the EQI mechanism that lets you install your speaker using just your hands, no tools are necessary!
Hidden Home Theatre
The ICW6 is versatile in that it can be used in either ceiling or wall installations, perfect for home theatre setups, hi-fi systems, home cinema systems or to pair with a classic hi-fi system, such as the Aria 900 line. For premium sound systems, the ICW6 is Dolby Atmos technology compatible for a completely 3D immersive experience.
